What is the Ball Technic System?

The Ball Technic System is an automatic cleaning system for the condenser tubes of water-cooled air conditioning units (Chiller Water Cool) and heat exchangers.

It eliminates the need to stop the Chiller for cleaning, preventing scale buildup and maintaining heat transfer efficiency as if new—always clean. This also enhances the overall performance of the Chiller.

 

 

How does the Ball Technic System work?

When receiving a start signal from the PLC control box, the system releases sponge rubber balls into the condenser for cleaning.

​

As the sponge balls pass through the condenser, they scrub and wipe the inner surfaces of every condenser tube, removing biofilm and scale deposits.

​

Once the programmed cycle is complete, water carries the sponge balls back to the ball collector. This unit is designed to wash the balls by spinning them vigorously, flushing away dirt and discharging wastewater through the drain. This ensures contaminants are removed from the system.
