What is the Balltechnic System?

     The Balltechnic System is an Intelligent Chiller Cleaning Machine for the condenser tubes of water-cooled chillers and heat exchangers.

The system operates without requiring chiller shutdown for cleaning, preventing scale formation and keeping heat transfer performance “as good as new.” This ensures that the chiller runs at maximum efficiency continuously.

How Does the Balltechnic System Work?

• When triggered by a PLC control unit, sponge balls are released into the condenser.

• As the sponge balls travel through the condenser tubes, they scrub and clean the inner tube surfaces, removing slime, scale, and deposits.

• After the programmed cleaning cycle, the balls are flushed back into the ball collector unit, which uses a high-speed rinsing process to clean them.

• Wastewater and removed debris are discharged through the drain system, effectively eliminating fouling from the condenser.
